In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the megajp platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active Account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of megajp or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or otherwise prohibited from accessing online gambling services by virtue of any applicable program or restriction.
• You confirm that online gambling is not prohibited by any law applicable to you in your specific location. You are solely responsible for verifying the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registration.

To access the full suite of megajp services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You agree to notify megajp promptly of any changes to your registered information.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. megajp reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, forfeit all balances, and take further action as it deems appropriate in such cases.

• Account registration is free of charge.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you.
• megajp reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• Accounts that remain dormant (no login or transaction activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative dormancy fee in accordance with megajp's prevailing dormancy policy.

megajp is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawals and as a condition of ongoing account operation. This process, commonly known as KYC (Know Your Customer), may require you to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport;
• Proof of address (bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence dated within the past three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (a photograph of your BCA / BRI / BNI / Mandiri passbook or a screenshot of your OVO / DANA / GoPay account bearing your registered name);
• Any additional documentation megajp may reasonably request in order to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering and fraud-prevention obligations.

KYC documents must be submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format and must be clearly legible. megajp aims to complete KYC reviews within two (2) business days of receiving a complete documentation package. Withdrawal requests will be held pending KYC completion.

megajp accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are denominated and processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 (standard bank transfer); Rp 10.000 (e-wallet).
• Maximum deposit: Limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players may contact support to request a limit review.
• Deposits are typically credited within seconds for e-wallet transactions and within 5–10 minutes for bank transfers during WIB business hours (08:00–16:00 WIB, Monday–Friday).
• megajp does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees; these are the player's responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from an account held in the player's own registered name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned.

Players may withdraw funds from their Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any active bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method from which the most recent deposit was made, unless the player requests otherwise and provides a valid reason.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.
• Processing time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during WIB business hours (08:00–16:00 WIB, Monday–Friday). Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed the following business day.
• megajp does not charge fees on standard withdrawal requests. Players are limited to three (3) free withdrawals per calendar month; additional withdrawals in the same month may incur an administrative fee of Rp 5.000 per transaction.
• All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. megajp reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.
• Bonus credits that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

megajp offers a variety of bonuses and promotional campaigns to enhance the player experience. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms & Conditions disclosed at the time of offer. Players are required to read and understand these terms before accepting any bonus.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier is stated in the promotional Terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live dealer, and sportsbook may contribute at lower percentages or be excluded entirely. Check the specific bonus terms for contribution rates.
• Expiry: Bonus credits and their associated wagering requirements expire after a set period (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days). Unused or uncleared bonuses will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Abuse: Any bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate offers, betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering with minimal risk, or collusion with other players — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and possible account termination.
• megajp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games on the megajp platform are provided by third-party licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages, which are disclosed within the game interface.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules and paytable of each game before placing bets.
• megajp does not control or influence game outcomes. All results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently audited.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay (server disconnection, software error), megajp's liability is limited to refunding the stake of the affected bet. Winnings claimed based on a malfunction are void.
• For live dealer games, the dealer's physical card draw or roulette spin is the official result. Video feed delays or visual glitches do not affect the validity of the result.
• For sports betting, megajp follows official league and competition results as determined by the relevant governing body. Bets are settled based on these official results; unofficial sources or media reports are not considered.
• In the case of togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), results are sourced from the official draw as published by the relevant lottery authority. megajp does not conduct its own draws.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the megajp platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions;
• Using a false identity, stolen identity, or fraudulent documentation during registration or KYC;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Abusing technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or exploits in the platform software;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward megajp staff or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with megajp's software or infrastructure;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymization service to circumvent geographic or IP-based restrictions (unless explicitly permitted by megajp support for legitimate access reasons).

megajp is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. These include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account dashboard.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a given period.

megajp provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, megajp disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

megajp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Interruptions or delays in service due to technical failures, server downtime, or third-party provider outages;
• Loss of data, connectivity issues, or software malfunctions;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results caused by third-party game provider software;
• Changes to bonuses, promotions, or platform features;
• Disputes arising from misinterpretation of promotional Terms or game rules.

In no event shall megajp's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All content on the megajp platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, software, audio, video, and game interfaces — is the property of megajp or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any content from megajp without prior written permission;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the platform software;
• Use megajp's trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without authorization;
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform using automated tools.

megajp reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via email, on-platform notification, or prominent notice on the megajp homepage.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using megajp and may close your account by contacting support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law. megajp operates under an internationally recognized gaming license and adheres to the regulatory standards set by the licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the megajp platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting megajp support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction's arbitration authority.
